    Do I need my own VR equipment to use SOFIA VR?

    No, you don't. SOFIA VR is provided as part of the training. We advise on the best setup (e.g. Meta Quest 2 or Quest 3) for your organisation.

    Is VR training suitable for cleaners who wear glasses?

    Yes. The VR headsets can be worn over glasses. Most users have no issues. During a free demonstration, staff can try this for themselves.

    Can I get motion sick from VR training?

    SOFIA VR is designed to be comfortable. If someone is prone to motion sickness, settings and shorter sessions are available. We support a safe introduction.

    Is SOFIA VR suitable for people with epilepsy?

    Anyone with epilepsy or sensitivity to flashing lights should consult a doctor first. If in doubt, contact us; we're happy to discuss safe use.
