Cleaning Workx is expanding the training options in the portal. In addition to lesson plans with a fixed module order, cleaning companies and trainers can now also create training programs with a free order. They determine which modules are available; the trainee chooses the order themselves within that selection.
A program can be linked to multiple trainees. If the selection of modules changes, that change applies to all linked trainees. The administrator no longer needs to adjust the available modules individually for each participant.

A fixed learning path or practicing in free order
In the Cleaning Workx portal, organizations could already create lesson plans with a fixed order. As soon as such a lesson plan is linked to a trainee, they can only complete the selected modules in the prescribed order. This remains a suitable choice when one module forms the basis for the next.
The new configuration also offers room for a free order. The organization still chooses which modules a trainee may play, but does not fix the order. Free training therefore does not mean that all modules automatically become available.
One adjustment for an entire class or a team
For example, a trainer can create the 'First Year Student' program with only modules 1 through 6. All students linked to this program get access to that selection and can choose for themselves what they start with.
Does the trainer want to make a module available later or remove it from the selection? Then they adjust the program once. The change applies to all linked students. Especially with larger classes and teams, this saves repeated administrative work and helps to keep the available learning material consistent.

Practical applications in cleaning
Let new employees practice the basics. Compile a starter program from the available modules with, for example, cleaning introduction, pictograms, object recognition, and ergonomics. Choose a fixed order if a step-by-step structure is needed, or a free order when these components can be practiced independently.
Targeted preparation for a work area. Create a program around interior or sanitary cleaning. Employees receive a clear selection that matches their work, without having to search through all available modules first.
Refresh knowledge and skills. Offer experienced employees a selection with, for example, vacuuming, ergonomics, and floor cleaning. Within a program with a free order, they can start with the component they want to repeat. A trainer can help determine where extra practice is useful.
Training for recreation cleaning or hospital cleaning. Combine available modules, for example for living room, sanitary facilities, and bedroom, or operating room, nursing room into a targeted program. In this way, a group of employees can practice with components that fit the cleaning of, for example, holiday homes or hospitals.
These examples show how existing modules can be bundled. Which combination and order are appropriate remains a choice of the trainer or the cleaning company.
More choice for the trainee, control with the trainer
With the expansion, organizations can better choose between a fixed learning path and free practice within a defined offering. The trainee gets more freedom of choice where appropriate, while the trainer determines the content and centrally manages changes.
