    Cleaning Workx launches Live AI Translation: multilingual training without language barriers

    During Interclean in April, Cleaning Workx, part of FacilityApps, introduces a new feature: Live AI Translation. This innovation tackles one of the biggest challenges in cleaning training: the language barrier. In practice, instructors often train groups of cleaners with different nationalities and languages. That regularly leads to delays, extra explanation and inefficiency. With Live AI Translation, that is a thing of the past. Visitors can see the feature live at stand 05.524.

    One trainer, multiple languages – in real time

    Through the Cleaning Workx app on a smartphone, a trainer can now easily use a new voice button. As soon as the trainer speaks, the following happens fully automatically:

    • The spoken words are converted to text instantly
    • The instruction is translated in real time into each cleaner’s language
    • The text appears in the VR headset
    • At the same time, the cleaner hears the instruction in their own language through audio in the VR headset

    Every participant therefore receives exactly the same instruction, fully personalised in their own language.

    More efficient training, higher quality

    Language barriers have been a challenge for years in cleaning education and training. Trainers lose valuable time to translation, repetition and individual explanation. With Live AI Translation, training becomes:

    Fully integrated into VR training

    Live AI Translation is fully integrated into Cleaning Workx’s VR training platform. This allows cleaners worldwide to be trained and certified independently of language, in a practical way.
